*if your order contains a pre-sale we will ship your entire order together once all items are in stock. If needing some items right away then it is best to place two separate orders.
BERNINA machines do not count towards free-shipping amounts. A separate shipping invoice will be charge in the exact amount of the shipping charges on machine purchases.
Remote areas may be subject to a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges may also be applicable on extra-heavy/long/bulky products.

Unfortunately we have had to pause shipping to the USA for the foreseeable future. We hope to be able to offer shipping once the rules become more clear.
| | What is your return policy? | Products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided the product is unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless we are responsible for the mistake (ie. we shipped the wrong product, not enough, or there is a defect we didn't notice while packaging), then Stitch and Bobbin will pay the freight.
