Knit a Cable Stocking- 2 part class
Skills you need before taking this class - a solid knit and purl, knitting in the round on a 16inch needle and basic pattern reading.
Skills you will learn learn- how to read a chart, cables with no cable needle, turn a heal and Kitchener stitch the toe of a sock
Homework before first class- using a 4mm 16 inch needle, cast on 70 stitches and k5, p2 for 6 inches.
Supplies needed for class - a 16 inch 4mm and 4.5mm needle, a wool sewing needle, tape measure, scissors and 100g of worsted weight yarn (19-20 sts per 4 inches).
