Summer Camp- Hand Applique on Wool with Woolies on the Coast July 14-17 or August 17-21
We are super excited to have local wool appliqué Artist Uschi Grenier join us to teach this camp. Campers will learn all about cutting out the wool appliqué pieces, carefully hand-stitching them together and using beautiful decorative stitches to embellish and complete a small project.
Aimed at ages to 8-13, our classes will cover a wide range of techniques and projects to help the next generation of quilters and textile artists grow in confidence and skill. Our classes are purposely small, capped at just 4-6 students, so that everyone gets one-to- one attention.
Classes are Tuesday – Friday 9am – 12pm, and all materials are provided. Just remember to bring a snack and a water bottle.
