Summer Camp- Learn to Sew-PJ Pants August 25-28
Want to learn more about your sewing machine and try your hand at garment sewing but don't know where to start? Then this class is for you. In this beginner class, you'll learn the anatomy of your machine and the basics of dress making, and sew your very own custom pair of PJ/lounge pants. By the end of it, not only will you be armed with lots of knew knowledge and skill, your legs will be nice and comfy in your hand-made creation. (Do you see what we did there?!) Loaner machines available.
Aimed at ages to 8-13, our classes will cover a wide range of techniques and projects to help the next generation of quilters and textile artists grow in confidence and skill. Our classes are purposely small, capped at just 4-6 students, so that everyone gets one-to- one attention.
Classes are Tuesday – Friday 9am – 12pm, and all materials are provided. Just remember to bring a snack and a water bottle.
